Our staff is a strong team of compassionate and highly-trained individuals who are committed to achieving lifelong results for our patients. You will find each of them to be caring and knowledgeable. Susan
Operations Manager
& Treatment Coordinator
Dentistry runs in Susan’s family. Her father is a retired dentist and her eldest daughter, Vanessa, is a pediatric dentist in South Carolina. Her youngest daughter, Ellie, is a veterinary technician and cheerleading coach at Union Middle School. Susan was the first employee of Phelps & Cohen Orthodontics. Her husband, Van, was Dr. Phelps’ high school baseball and football coach (go Leigh Longhorns)! When she is not working, Susan enjoys gardening, crafting, thrift shopping, fostering puppies and spending time with her family.
Robin
HR Specialist/New Patient Coordinator
Robin's family includes her daughter, Jessica, and son, Dylan. Her time outside the office is spent with friends and family, as well as rooting for the New York Giants and Yankees.
Stephanie
Lead, Registered Dental Assistant, OA
Stephanie is a licensed Dental Assistant with a specialty in orthodontics. She first began in the orthodontic field in 2015. She loves everything about ortho, from making children feel at ease and loving the dentist to watching teenagers and adults become happier and confident with their smile!
Sarah
Lead, Treatment Coordinator
Sarah has been a treatment coordinator for almost twenty years and loves being involved in the orthodontic field. She spends her free time cheering on her daughter’s volleyball team, watching her husband coach basketball, shopping, and working out.

Cyndi
Treatment Coordinator
Cyndi is a Registered Dental Assistant with years of experience. Her favorite part of her job is caring and helping patients. When she isn’t working, Cyndi enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and her children Belle and Sam.
Vi
Financial Coordinator
Vi is our resident bargain shopper and enjoys eating out with friends and family on the weekends. Vi’s husband Antoine and her two daughters, Maddie and June, also keep her on her toes.
Denise
Financial Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator (Los Gatos)
Denise moved to the Bay Area from Minnesota. She has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and management. When Denise is not working, she is spending time with her husband, Daniel, and her sons, Dax and Degan. She also enjoys spending time with friends, cheering on her sons’ teams, going to the beach, doing yoga, shopping, and traveling.
Lynette
Insurance Coordinator
Lynette grew up in Los Gatos. Both she and her husband graduated from Leigh High School. Before joining Phelps & Cohen Orthodontics, Lynette worked for Nor Cal Airway as a scheduling coordinator until they merged with PCO. Lynette enjoys spending time with her husband and family (between them, they have 4 daughters, a son-in-law, and a grandson). Lynette is also a huge fan of the SF Giants, 49’er and Vegas Golden Knights.
Zoe
Lead, Scheduling Coordinator
Zoe is a native of Oregon but she loves living in California. Although she's worked in customer service since 2011, this is her first position in orthodontics and she's thrilled to be a part of the team. When she’s not in the office, Zoe enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband, spending time with her friends, thrift shopping, and traveling.
Mari
Scheduling Coordinator
Mari is new to the ortho field but has a long history working with children. When she is not working, Mari is sharing time with with her 4 kids and 3 dogs. Mari loves to watch Jurassic Park movies, Realty TV and Dateline. She also enjoys spending time with family and especially being with her sisters, one of who also works for PC Ortho. Can you guess who?
Liz
Scheduling Coordinator
Liz is a San Francisco native. She is new to the orthodontic field, but has over 20 years of experience in management & customer service. When Liz is not in the office, she loves spending time with her son, Dylan & 3 dogs. She enjoys traveling with her son’s Kung Fu team for tournaments, volunteering at his elementary school, sweating it out in cardio kickboxing classes, shopping for plants to add to her collection, watching K-Dramas and trying new restaurants. Liz is very excited to be a part of the PCO team and is always eager to learn.

Andrea loves being an orthodontic assistant! She was drawn to the field because she had braces and loves seeing the happiness and confidence a beautiful smile can bring to the face of her patients. In her free time, Andrea enjoys being with her 3 sisters and her chihuahua as well as watching Netflix.Helen
Digital Coordinator / Registered Dental Assistant
Helen has been an Assistant in both general dentistry and in orthodontics. She finds orthodontics fascinating and rewarding. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, reading, being outdoors and staying active. She is also very happy to be able to be a part of such a fun team.
Kat
Registered Dental Assistant
Kat has been a dental assistant for over 10 years and loves working in the orthodontic field of dentistry. In her free time, Kat enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves being outdoors, going to the beach and hiking with her dog, Max. Her favorite sports teams are the San Francisco Giants, San Jose Sharks, and the San Francisco 49ers.
Kim
Registered Dental Assistant
Kim has been an orthodontic assistant since 2000. She loves to see how beautiful smiles develop through the orthodontic patient process. When she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends hiking, camping, and singing karaoke. She also likes to watch football, basketball and Korean dramas. Kim is fluent in Vietnamese.
Sam
Registered Dental Assistant
Sam is a Licensed Dental Assistant who specializes in Orthodontic care. She has been an RDA for 8 years. You will often find her talking with patients, putting them at ease, and making sure they're happy. Sam loves seeing a patient with a confident, pleased smile at the end of a visit.
Flo
Registered Dental Assistant
Flo loves working in the Orthodontic field, especially seeing patients gain confidence in their beautiful new smiles. In her free time Flo enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking with a pup borrowed from a family member or friend.
Terri
Registered Dental Assistant, OA
Terri has been an assistant at Phelps & Cohen Orthodontics since 2007. She is our office book critic. Outside of work she enjoys shopping, long walks, reading, catching up with her TV shows, and spending time with her family.
Lisa
Registered Dental Assistant, OA
Lisa has been in the dental field for 20 years. She was introduced to orthodontics while obtaining her RDA license and has been in love ever since. The joy a beautiful smile brings is the most rewarding feeling for her. Lisa enjoys helping everyone reach their goals of a healthy, happy smile. When she's not working Lisa, her husband and their two teenagers are busy with sports. They love to travel and attend sporting events.

Kayla is graduate of the dental assisting program from San Jose City College. PC Ortho is her first job in the orthodontic field and she is loving every second of it! When she’s not working, Kayla enjoys spending time at the park with her daughter, going to the beach, and baking sweet treats.
Kevin
Sterilization/Records
Originally pursuing a career in nursing, Kevin branched out to explore different opportunities and is enjoying his first position in the orthodontic field at PCO. Outside of the office Kevin likes to spend time attending music festivals, staying active, and going on scenic road trips.
John
Clinical Assistant
John is a recent graduate from UC San Diego and aspires to go to dental school. John studied Electrical Engineering/Computer Science and Business Psychology but has always had a passion for dentistry and seeing people smile. Outside the office, John enjoys leading an active lifestyle that includes swimming and surfing during the summers, skiing/snowboarding in the winters, and photography/music all year round.
Sherrilynrose
Insurance Coordinator
Sherrilynrose was born and raised in the Bay Area. PC Ortho is her first job in the dental field and she looks forward to learning a lot about orthodontics! In her free time, she loves singing karaoke, spending time with her family, going to the beach, and traveling to many different places. She also enjoys watching sports and is a big fan of the 49ers!
